Domestic Buyers : Tracking number will be informed via email. Upon request, we can provide the USPS Sales Receipt as a proven of your shipment released date. Please understand that we are totally out of control once your shipment released. USPS First Class and Priority mail are not a guaranteed service. We are more than happy to arrange the USPS EXPRESS guaranteed service, UPS & FEDEX with additional fees.
International Buyers : You are responsible to all the custom and duties surcharges. In order to save your shipping costs, our store is gladly sending your items via the USPS First Class International mail. US Customs Declaration Dispatch Number will be informed via email. Upon request, USPS Sales receipt can be provided, and it is a proven of your shipment released date. First Class International and Priority do not offer tracking numbers, Electronic Delivery Confirmation include Australia, Belgium, Brazil, Croatia, Denmark, France, Germany, Great Britain, Israel, Netherlands, New Zealand, Spain and Switzerland and may takes up to 12 weeks of delivery (vary to destinations). Registered Mail could be arranged (please check for additional fees).
Delivery to Canada: Buyers are responsible to all the custom and duties surcharges. First Class International and Priority Mail will now be provided with Delivery Confirmation Tracking #.
USPS International EXPRESS or the other couriers like UPS or FEDEX could be arranged as well; your shipment will be covered with US$100 and tracking number is available. Again, I am totally out of control once the shipment released. Thank you very much of your kind understanding!

Return Policy
Please contact me within 7 days of receiving your package. We do not accept return over 14 days or the day after. For getting your refund, you are agreed (1) to return the item including all Price Tags with Great and resell-able conditions; (2) 15% Restocking fees will be charged; (3) using our store provided return shipping label, and this return postage fees will be deducted to your refund. Refund will be processed within 7 business days upon received of your returned item. Thank you!
